CCN’s September 12th Hero is Nevaeh!

Nevaeh was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in May of 2013.  Having cancer has made her a fighter and she has overcome many difficult times during her treatment.  She enjoys cooking, eating, and playing with friends and family.  Nevaeh is special because she is a child of God.  If she could talk to cancer and tell it something she would say “You couldn’t keep me down.  I’m a walking miracle!”
