Doorly Winegar

Doorly was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New York City and is the mother to three children who are active in sports, music, and other teenage activities.  Her son, Joey, was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 16 and her family began a journey that was unexpected but has brought new friendships and experiences that have enriched their lives for the better. Doorly joined the Children’s Cancer Network Board in 2023 and serves on the Fundraising Committee.

In addition to spending time with her husband and family, Doorly loves to cook, craft and shop. She loves to travel and is an accomplished marathon runner.
